Overview

The Facilities Coordinator at JLL is responsible for delivering high-quality Facility Management services, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for the client's staff.

In Short

  • Deliver Facility Management services to support Client's business needs.
  • Manage front desk services including greeting clients and handling calls.
  • Monitor office facilities and critical equipment.
  • Assist with vendor management and contractor evaluations.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and consumables are replenished.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain good communication with clients.
  • Assist with billing management and expense allocation.
  • Supervise reception staff and back up when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Global Sourcing for purchasing and services.
  • Conduct monthly reports and KPI reviews.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience in facilities management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
