Overview

The Deal Coordinator will provide essential transaction support to a dynamic team of brokers in the commercial real estate sector, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing brokerage operations and financial functions.

In Short

  • Act as primary liaison between brokerage, operations & corporate finance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to brokerage team and external clients.
  • Manage brokerage pipeline with 100% accuracy.
  • Review & submit commercial real estate deals for revenue recognition.
  • Calculate & generate invoices within 48 hours.
  • Maintain accurate leasing deal database.
  • Provide reporting to support business development and revenue projections.
  • Validate contracts and oversee project tracking for Property Marketing Reimbursables.
  • Ensure timely collections for Accounts Receivable Management.
  • Collaborate with various teams including finance and HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful problem solver.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software and internal platforms.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Accountable and professional when handling confidential information.
