Overview

As an Assistant Facility Manager at JLL, you will maintain client satisfaction through comprehensive Facility Management services, leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

  • Perform facility walkthroughs and document findings.

  • Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and financial targets.
  • Manage Purchase Orders and vendor invoices.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in client projects.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Work in a collaborative environment to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in large facilities.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS or work order management systems.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Experience in vendor management and compliance.
  • Proficiency in operational activities and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures.
  • Proactive approach to developing client relationships.
