The Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring compliance with operational standards while managing facility services.

In Short

  • Maintain client satisfaction with Facility Management services.
  • Support compliance with audit and operational standards.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Enforce company policies regarding safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate within the account team to implement best practices.
  • Support work order management for staff and vendors.
  • Assist with facility soft services as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience required.
  • Excellent customer and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of industry-related experience.
  • Strong communication and managerial skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
  • Understanding of GxP requirements.
