Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Jitterbit, you will focus on delivering value to customers throughout their partnership, ensuring positive outcomes and account retention.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships to retain and expand accounts.
  • Present to stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption.
  • Drive customer loyalty and manage satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Work on process improvements with internal teams.
  • Must have 3+ years in Customer Success within SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Success management experience.
  • Experience with Mid-market and SMB customer segments.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving departmental goals.
  • Familiarity with Jitterbit’s offerings preferred.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
