Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at JFrog, you will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the future of DevOps processes within your allocated enterprise account portfolio, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

In Short

  • Develop customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty
  • Identify & close new up-sell and expansion opportunities
  • Responsible for success and renewals process for a portfolio of customers
  • Contact customers throughout the life cycle to discuss metrics
  • Partner with Finance and Legal in negotiating renewal contracts
  • Maintain long-term account health and relationships
  • Evaluate renewal probabilities
  • Support pre-sales cycles
  • Use Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Document communications in Salesforce for accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Software subscription sales
  • Revenue quota carrying experience with large enterprise customers
  • Experience in closing 7 digits deals
  • Experience in managing the full sale cycle
  • Experience in supporting pre-sales cycles
