Overview

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior 737 Technical Pilot to join our team based in Shanghai, China, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing flight safety, training, and operations.

In Short

• Provide flight operations, safety, and technical support to internal and external customers.
• Maintain qualification as a Boeing Captain on at least one aircraft model.
• Support new aircraft and system development and certification efforts.
• Develop and validate procedures and operating techniques.
• Consult with cross-functional teams during accident investigations.
• Represent Boeing by authoring and presenting professional papers.
• Support sales campaigns by discussing new flight technology.
• Assist in simulator testing and qualification efforts.
• Work under minimal direction in a high visibility role.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and senior management.

Requirements

• Current FAA Class II medical certificate or international equivalent.
• FAA ATP or foreign equivalent certificate with appropriate endorsements.
• Minimum 3000 flight hours and experience flying transport category aircraft.
• Current 737 type rating.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Aircrew Safety training experience preferred.
• Experience creating and revising procedures and checklists highly desired.
• Instructor or check pilot experience on Boeing aircraft preferred.
