Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years leading large-scale technology engagements.
• Familiar with ML/AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP.
• Strong track record of sound technical decisions.
• Deep understanding of security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated product mindset translating technical outcomes into business value.
• Familiar with agile methodologies.
• Experience leading teams using Python and TypeScript.
• Clear understanding of AI techniques.
