Senior Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified Senior Technical Lead to ensure IT architectural integrity and function as the interface between systems developers and technical staff. This role requires excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical staff when developing business requirements.

In Short

• Oversee documentation, assessment, and management of IT architecture.
• Act as the point of contact for ad-hoc data requests and special project requests.
• Coordinate with Data Warehouse Analysts and management.
• Establish priorities and monitor resource allocations.
• Manage the user support team and serve as a business requirements analyst.
• Investigate and document user and business requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of FTE experience in a lead capacity.
• 5 years of FTE experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of FTE experience in health care analysis.
• 5 years of FTE experience with Data Warehouses built on relational databases.
