  • Experience with customer success, SaaS, or creative technology.
  • Experience managing complex client onboarding projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience conducting product training sessions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Understanding of production workflows.
  • Experience driving adoption and managing enterprise relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with senior partners.
  • Familiarity with customer support/project management tools.
  • Interest in emerging market tech trends and AI.
