Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development with a strong focus on technology and AI sales for commercial lending clients. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for JazzX AI within financial institutions and related organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall sales experience, with 3-5 years in technology sales in financial services.
• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with commercial lending workflows.
• Ability to articulate the business impact of AI-driven solutions.
• Understanding of core functions in commercial lending and compliance considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Skilled at negotiating and closing deals with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Self-starter who can independently identify market opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
