In Short

• Work as a Senior Backend or Full Stack Developer on the Internal Apps team.
• Contribute to the Jane Account Management (JAM) application.
• Develop features for various internal departments, including Support and Marketing.
• Lead the delivery of impactful features and resolve technical debt.
• Collaborate on large cross-team projects aligned with company goals.
• Implement service-oriented architecture for scalable solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior developers for continuous improvement.
• Adapt to new technologies and contribute across multiple domains.
• Work with Ruby on Rails and potentially other OOP languages.
• Nice to have experience with AWS and containerization technologies.

Requirements

• A University Degree in Computer Science or related field with approximately 5+ years of experience.
• Significant experience at a Senior level with technical design and project delivery.
• Ability to mentor junior and intermediate developers.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Demonstrated adaptability to learn new technologies.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails preferred but open to other programming languages.
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus.
