Requirements

• 5+ years of People (HR) experience, with at least 5 years as a People Partner.
• Creative problem-solving skills for people challenges.
• Strong trust-building ability across all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of business operations and HR best practices.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and find solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and drive team-wide impact.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Willingness to ask for help and leverage available resources.
