Overview

Jam City is looking for a 3D Art Manager to bring their experience and skills to the next hit Disney mobile game! You’ll have the opportunity to work with an incredibly talented development team across multiple projects, using world-class IPs from Disney, Pixar, and Star Wars! This Leader will empower the 3D team, drive high-quality results, and provide mentorship to internal and external teams.

• Lead the 3D art team for mobile game development.
• Provide feedback on 3D props and characters.
• Oversee the 3D asset creation pipeline.
• Manage a small internal team and provide mentorship.
• Create high-quality 3D art assets.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Art, and Tech leads.
• Ensure alignment with project deadlines.
• Maintain modern software and industry best practices.

• Experience with Disney IP is a plus.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of 3D art including modeling, texturing, and rigging.
• Mastery of Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and Unity.
• 3+ years of experience managing a 3D team.
• Experience with mobile game development.
• Strong communication skills.
• Art Degree or similar experience.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• No-ego personality with a collaborative mindset.
