Overview

The HR Manager People Operations will implement HR processes efficiently and serve as the primary contact for employees and managers. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, from administrative tasks to operational HR inquiries, using AI-driven tools when necessary.

In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to manage the Employee Lifecycle.
• Maintain HRIS systems and assist in the introduction of new HR software.
• Manage operational HR tasks including document creation and payroll preparation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operational HR management.
• Excellent knowledge of HR processes and tools, especially Personio.
• Affinity for precise data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, empathetic and solution-oriented.
• Interest in digital trends in HR.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ability to design processes and coordinate teams.
