Overview

As a Product Owner focusing on Accessibility, you will ensure that digital inclusion becomes a reality by embedding accessibility deeply in the product development process from strategy to final rollout.

In Short

• Embed accessibility in the product process.
• Responsible for A11Y processes and quality assurance.
• Act as an interface between product, UX, QA, and development.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital accessibility (e.g., WCAG, BITV).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
• Passionate about digital inclusion.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Requirements

• Experience in digital product development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
• Ability to connect technical, design, and strategic requirements.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication of complex topics.
• Interest in mobility topics and societal relevance.
