Product Owner – Market Access - Remote

Overview

The Product Owner will define goals and create a vision for development projects, ensuring the success of their projects through project management and Agile-based development.

In Short

• Assume product ownership with accountability for the product development life cycle
• Direct teams towards a common objective and document solutions
• Develop requirement documentation for technology and data-driven products
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage
• Function as both product and project manager
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Create test plans and technical requirements
• Develop business processes for requirements management
• Conduct design sessions to document feature requirements
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to maintain roadmap documentation

Requirements

• Experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-10 years of work experience in product management
• Experience working with Scrum Agile
• Familiarity with Jira, ADO, and diagramming tools
• Understanding of software platforms and APIs
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Direct experience in change and process management
• Experience in establishing best practices
