Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations - Remote

Overview

The Jacuzzi Group, renowned for its innovation in the wellness products industry, is seeking a dedicated Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting new business sales activities for the North America Spa Division. This role will be critical in ensuring the execution of market development plans, developing business development resources for field sales team, NBD pipeline management SalesForce.com (CRM) and driving incremental sales in new or underserved markets.

In Short

• Manages all back-office aspects of the North America Business Development plan
• Capitalize on marketing, brand and field team infrastructure, SalesForce.com and B2B Microsites
• Manage contracts and operating agreements for distribution partners
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams for outbound B2B marketing campaigns
• Responsible for managing scheduling of events, sales budget, and expenses
• Manage vendor partners delivering Business Intelligence Tools and Dealer Start up kits
• Responsible for sales presentations incorporating marketing and market analysis
• Process Dealer Credits and Debits for market activities
• Additional duties as assigned
