Overview

The Sales Manager for Czechia Distribution is responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring that JA products are adequately represented in distributor portfolios.

In Short

  • Develop new customers in Czechia.
  • Maintain existing customers allocated by the supervisor.
  • Lead enquiries to commercial closure.
  • Ensure JA products account for significant portions of distributor product portfolios.
  • Resolve pricing and channel conflicts in the market.
  • Manage customer relationships including sales forecasts and order placements.
  • Report market and sales developments to the sales director weekly.
  • Align and communicate with headquarters functional teams.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar fields.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales of PV modules or with a PV Distributor/Wholesaler.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
  • Technical background in solar is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
