Sales Manager - Poland - Remote

Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing relationships in Poland, with a focus on the photovoltaic industry.

• Develop new customers including investors, project developers, EPC, and installers in Poland.
• Maintain existing customers allocated by the sales director.
• Lead inquiries to commercial closure.
• Ensure access to project pipelines and achieve sales targets.
• Manage pricing and channel conflicts in the market.
• Handle customer management including sales forecasts and order placements.
• Report market and sales developments to the sales director weekly.
• Communicate effectively with headquarters functional teams.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar.
• Fluent in English.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales of PV modules to utility-scale segments is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and a professional, can-do attitude.
• Technical background in solar is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
