Overview

The ServiceNow Sr Manager is the strategic linchpin for all things ServiceNow within Infrastructure Engineering, responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

In Short

• Lead ServiceNow initiatives and act as the primary point of contact.
• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, HAM, SAM, and HRSD.
• Manage platform upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and build a high-performing team.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Manage multi-tenant and MSP environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow data into operational dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and HRSD.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Experience with HRSD workflows and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with data governance and integration tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
