Overview

The ServiceNow Manager will lead a technical team and manage third-party vendors while providing guidance on ServiceNow operations and development. This role is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work.

In Short

  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Create technical specifications and solutions for internal projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align project roadmaps with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct code and design reviews.
  • Coordinate maintenance and project releases.
  • Implement best practices for ITSM, CSM, and PPM.
  • Manage troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
  • Lead workshops to understand complex needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Refine technical estimates based on specifications.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience managing enterprise systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in ITSM, CSM, PPM modules implementation.
  • Experience in leading agile-based projects.
  • Btech or MCA with 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Current certifications in ServiceNow system administration and application development.
