D365 F&O Delivery Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The D365 F&O Delivery Analyst II will be an integral part of the JS Held ERP Team delivering projects and leading domestic and international users/customers on D365 F&O for finance & accounting, project accounting, procurement, and Time & Expense modules.

In Short

• Execute on all major ERP projects with activities such as requirements, design gaps, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT and training activities from other systems to D365.
• Be the go-to expert around D365 finance, project accounting, Time & Expense modules.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and implement system improvements.
• Provide business analysis and recommend best course of action focusing on business processes.
• Design configurable solutions and assist in applying system solutions to business problems.
• Collaborate with other D365 ERP team members and support user training.
• Keep abreast with emerging technologies around Dynamics 365.
• Review and analyze business systems and end user needs.
• Propose solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Provide support and training to the user community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 Years hands-on experience with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.
• Extensive experience with localizations around VAT, Fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
• Experience migrating data from legacy systems into D365/AX.
• Strong knowledge of finance daily and month-end procedures.
• Experience with Financial Reporter & PowerBI.
• Proficient with Excel and data skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with different levels of internal customers.
• Experience troubleshooting within AX/D365 application.
• Working knowledge of data conversion and integration processes.
