In Short

• Seeking an experienced Delivery Risk Analyst for product and technology transformation.
• Provide centralized risk management and governance support to change teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Product and Technology functions.
• Support senior management with portfolio and program level risk monitoring.
• Demonstrate pragmatism, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize processes.
• Support Delivery squads with risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of risk assessments and governance activities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Previous risk experience in a change context, e.g., within a PMO team.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in a regulated sector, ideally financial services.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with generative AI tooling such as Copilot or Chat GPT is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
