Overview

Join us as a Senior Software Engineer in our CTO team, driving innovation in our business-critical engineering projects at Shawbrook, the forefront of fintech banking.

In Short

• Support the integration and optimisation of JBR Capital’s Salesforce platform.
• Utilise best practices for operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform configuration and customisation of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Work with the QA team to create automated tests.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions.
• Document system amendments and enhancements.
• Design and build high-performance Apex code.
• Write test classes ensuring more than 80% code coverage.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Act as a point of escalation for advanced issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL).
• Experience in administration setup and managing users.
• Experience designing custom objects and fields.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Knowledge of web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
