Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounting Manager - Associate Director, responsible for accounting functions for external clients and ensuring smooth financial transactions.

In Short

• Assist the Controller with project management tasks and financial analysis.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial accounting data.
• Support and lead project accounting work.
• Collaborate with department heads for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with treasury management and review financial transactions.
• Prepare cash flow projections and bank reconciliations.
• Review all AP payments and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow staff members.
• Adhere to project timelines and improve internal processes.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in using accounting software and conducting reconciliations.
• At least 5 years of professional client-facing accounting experience.
