Overview

The Power BI End User Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while resolving Power BI-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Power BI technical support experience.
  • Fluent in professional English.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
