As a Scale Customer Success Associate/Manager, you will ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services, focusing on customer retention and engagement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Active team player and self-starter.
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.
