Overview

Itential is looking for a Service Provider Account Executive to join our world-class revenue team focused on net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts for the largest, most complex Service Providers in the world.

In Short

  • Responsible for exceeding software revenue quota through net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
  • Engage directly with targeted accounts and partner with the Business Development team.
  • Define and execute sales plans to exceed software sales goals.
  • Create a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales process.
  • Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Participate in team building and company-growth activities.
  • Create and maintain executive-level relationships across accounts.
  • Negotiate and present account proposals/contracts.
  • Manage and track customer accounts in Salesforce.
  • Utilize additional tech stack tools proficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Track record of delivering revenue and valuable customer relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Service Provider network and ITSM technologies.
  • Working knowledge of service provider processes.
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in territory/business planning and tactical execution.
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Humble confidence with a bias towards action.
  • Ability to differentiate Itential to customers.
