In Short

  • Acquire new customers by identifying potentials and building long-term relationships.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline with strategic campaigns and outbound activities.
  • Engage in consulting with C-level decision-makers to understand their business challenges.
  • Work closely with consultants to create compelling offers and professionally present them.
  • Build connections with technology partners and industry networks to drive strategic growth.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute ideas to enhance our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in IT or consulting.
  • Proven success in acquiring and closing new customer projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to convey complex IT and consulting topics clearly.
  • Structured work ethic, high self-motivation, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus but not a must.
