Technical Alignment Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Technical Alignment Analyst plays a vital role in supporting clients by ensuring all technologies are functioning properly and proactively addressing potential issues.

In Short

• Provide proactive IT support to clients.
• Monitor and address client infrastructure issues.
• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding.
• Document internal processes and recommendations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Work closely with various departments for optimal operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of physical and digital networks.
• Adhere to established processes and policies.
• Escalate issues to the Technology Alignment Team Lead as necessary.
• Attend regular internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 1-5 years of technical support experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos, Cisco, or CompTIA.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers is an asset.
• Proficiency in network administration and VMware.
• Strong skills in Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of patch management and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and attend in-person when required.
