We are looking for an intuitive, trustworthy CFO Assistant to support the CFO by helping to streamline operations and handle critical day-to-day administrative and financial support tasks.

In Short

• Work remotely from South Africa
• Support the CFO with administrative and financial tasks
• Manage invoices and QuickBooks entries
• Conduct data entry and maintain financial documentation
• Respond to funding-related emails
• Perform research as assigned
• Work extensively with Excel and spreadsheets
• General executive assistant tasks as needed
• Fixed fibre line and power backup required
• Work hours aligned with EST

Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen
• Reliable internet connection (fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps)
• Power backup solution for outages
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
