Overview

This role focuses on supporting families and residents of nursing homes with the pre-enrolment process for dental coverage, ensuring they understand all aspects of the program.

In Short

• Contact nursing home residents and families prior to enrollment.
• Explain details of the dental coverage program.
• Clarify the enrollment process and billing timeline.
• Address concerns regarding billing practices.
• Work closely with the Enrollment team for accurate information.
• Provide empathetic communication via phone, email, or chat.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain understanding of the dental coverage program.

Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Fixed fibre internet line with minimum 25 Mbps speed.
• Reliable power backup solution required.
• Ability to work USA hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST).
