Overview

The Patient Services Coordinator serves as the link between Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), families, and staff, managing placements and ensuring effective communication.

In Short

• Coordinate placement of BCBAs with patients.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from staff and families.
• De-escalate complaints using tact and judgment.
• Encourage adherence to plans despite resistance.
• Utilize client systems for scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain communication with management regarding case status.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm EST.
• Must work on South African public holidays.
• Reliable internet and power backup are mandatory.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or coordination roles.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Fixed fibre internet connection required.
• Power backup solution necessary for outages.
