Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent - EST Hours - Remote

STA Personnel Solutions is a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Real Estate Management sector, who is urgently seeking an Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent.

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to support our US client who is a real estate investment and development company. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling property showings, following up on rental inquiries, and assisting tenants with questions and requests. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play an important role in providing a professional, helpful experience.

In Short

• Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects
• Schedule appointments and property showings
• Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls
• Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications
• Work required during EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST
• Work on both South African and US public holidays
• Must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
• Reliable power backup solution is required
• This is a fully remote working role

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using internal systems for record keeping
• Must be available to work EST hours
• Must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
• Must have reliable power backup
• Willingness to work on public holidays
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
