The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatcher role involves managing incoming calls and coordinating emergency medical responses for a USA-based client. The ideal candidate will be resilient, composed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage incoming calls for emergency and non-emergency situations.

• Experience in emergency services or dispatching is a plus.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup solution required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
• Must be a South African citizen.
