Overview

The EHR Systems Manager (PointClickCare) will take ownership of the PointClickCare platform across a multi-facility healthcare organization, focusing on optimization, configuration, integrations, and training oversight.

• Serve as an escalation point for complex system issues.

Requirements

• Experience with EHR systems, specifically PointClickCare.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into EHR solutions.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards.
