In Short

• Hiring a Customer Service Representative for night shifts and weekends.
• Support nurses using an app for scheduling shifts.
• Work hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am (SA time).
• 5 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet line with 25 Mbps speed.
• Reliable power backup is mandatory due to load shedding.
• Assist with account setup and shift bookings.
• Respond to urgent issues and maintain records of conversations.
• Work collaboratively to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong communication skills via chat, email, and phone.
• Ability to manage urgent issues effectively.
• Technical proficiency with app-based platforms.
• Problem-solving skills to assist users effectively.
