Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will assist customers with their needs while working in a supportive team environment, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals.
• Inspect and clean equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Physical work including moving equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Work environment may involve moderate risks.
• Weekends only schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Willingness to work in varying physical conditions.
• Must comply with U-Haul’s nicotine-free hiring policy.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Certification for propane filling and forklift operation will be provided.
• Must be available for hands-on working interviews.
