In Short

• Handle customer billing inquiries for a U.S.-based dental care client.
• Review account balances and determine collection methods.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Work Monday to Friday from 15h00pm to midnight (SA Time).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Follow up on past-due accounts for timely collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate account information.
• Prepare financial documentation related to billing.
• Reliable internet and power backup are mandatory.

Requirements

• Experience in customer billing and account management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with fixed fibre internet.
• Reliable power backup solution for outages.
