In Short

• Seeking a Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant with USA experience.
• Familiarity with USA accounting standards and practices is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and Stampli is preferred.
• Must work USA hours, Mon - Fri, from 9am to 6pm EST.
• This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
• Fixed fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps is mandatory.
• Reliable power backup solution is required.
• Responsibilities include maintaining financial records and processing invoices.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with USA accounting standards.

• Proven experience in an accounting role for a USA-based company.
• Hands-on experience with relevant accounting software.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
