We are based in Soho Works at the iconic BBC Television Centre in White City, London.

• Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper.
• Role involves understanding financial transactions and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
• Utilize NetSuite and Xero for bookkeeping tasks.
• Hybrid job with more remote work than in-person.
• Expected hours range from 10-20 hours per week.
• Flexible timing of work, with preference for afternoons/evenings for US clients.
• Involvement in VAT / HMRC / Companies House reporting.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Xero.
• Understanding of VAT and HMRC regulations.
• Ability to manage financial statements and reports.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
• Willingness to assist with administrative duties.
