Market Development Manager, Nordics - Remote

IQM customers include the leading high-performance computing centres, research labs, universities and enterprises which have full access to IQM's software and hardware. In Short

• Identify and pursue leads, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Develop and execute a strategy to promote IQM's portfolio.
• Engage with stakeholders and advocate for recognition in the national quantum strategy.
• Negotiate contracts effectively to secure lucrative deals.
• Act as a client guide and address inquiries regarding IQM products.
• Contribute insights to shape IQM's product offerings based on market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with customer needs.
• Represent IQM at marketing events and conferences.

Requirements

• Based in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark and well connected in the local ecosystem.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the ITC industry.
• Knowledge of the Quantum computing ecosystem.
• Proven track record in developing business in the tech industry.
• Experience with sales, account management, public tenders, and project management.
• Personal network with HPC and enterprise customers.
• Proficient in English and local languages.
• Good communicator with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the Nordic region.
