Iodine Software is seeking a Territory Manager to join the team, responsible for executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across defined territories, driving outbound engagement with hospital and health system leaders, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and lead qualification
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger and SPIN
  • Strong track record of booking qualified meetings
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements
