Overview

As an Benefits & HR Operations Specialist, you represent a foundational hire joining a lean, intentionally built single-family office at the ground level. You will own the day-to-day execution of onboarding, benefits administration, and the data integrity that the company depends on. This is a fully remote role within a high-trust environment where your work compounds in impact and the playbook for growth is still being written. Reporting to leadership, you will manage our benefits processes and serve as a critical point of contact for employees and managers.

• Administer health and retirement programs.
• Perform routine audits of eligibility files and payroll deductions.
