  • Lead a Sales team to hit monthly targets.
  • Build pipeline and processes for sales efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in building and running inside sales teams.
  • Experience in complex sales and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executives.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales.
  • Passion for training and coaching in a fast-growth environment.
  • Compensation includes base salary, bonus, commission, and equity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in rapidly scaling B2B inside sales.
  • Experience managing outbound lead generation programs.
  • Experience building and training sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Deep understanding of multi-pronged sales approaches.
  • Strong presence and ability to inspire confidence.
  • Experience selling to VP- & C-level executives.
  • Ability to work US (EDT or PDT) hours.

Benefits

  • $90k Base + $20K Bonus + Uncapped Commission + Equity.
