Overview

The Senior Professional Education Manager will lead the development of training programs for physicians and care teams, working cross-functionally with various departments to enhance the quality of training in robotic-assisted surgery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, including 2-5 years in Training/Professional Education.
• Proven experience in training on complex topics.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
