As a Professional Education Customer Success Manager at Honorlock, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of our solutions.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on platform features.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic partnerships and high-impact initiatives.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the organization.
  • Monitor client performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
  • Drive the renewal process and account expansion.
  • Provide training resources to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with online proctoring and/or educational technology is a plus.
  • Travel Expectation: 35-40% of the year.
