Field Service Support Engineer 2 - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

A Field Service Support Engineer 2 will support an assigned region or temporarily assigned territory with planned maintenance activities or other actions as required, ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations.

In Short

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products within a specified territory.
• Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Maintain knowledge of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Complete administrative duties including inventory and reports.
• Assist other teams as required to facilitate company goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Complete all required training for supporting Intuitive products.
• Respond to customer needs and support customer training and events.
• Ability to travel ~80% within the region.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• General computer skills.
• Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills.
