Overview

The Field Service Support Engineer 2 is responsible for supporting an assigned region with maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and installation of Intuitive products, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service agreements.

In Short

• Perform scheduled maintenance activities for Intuitive products.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate system delivery and installation.
• Maintain compliance with O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Support company teams and facilitate customer training.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations.
• Travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
• Work flexible shifts as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of field service experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good general computer skills.
• Strong administrative and record keeping abilities.
